Hello guys! I want to present my baby which I miss very much now that I am out.Not many things done to the car because I got it when I became 18 (although my father owned it before) which my father bought it new on 2004.It is a mark 1 facelift and the trim level in Greece was called Trend (sport seats, sport suspension, leather stearing wheel and all the other standards back then). The things that were done to the car by my father first was 17 inch rims from when he bought it new!Afterwards I got inside of the car a little and installed a new radio-cd to be exact the JVC KD-AVX1 and a set of speakers with 2 way ones seperated from helix! Also made a little trick to go a level up on the trim by installing legroom lights working with the doors and also a xenon kit!It needs a little refreshing inside and outside now (the leather steering wheel has gone bad and also some little bumps on the front and the rear bumpers of the car from other drivers touching our car). Also after 105.000km that it has now only the suspension and clutch have been changed.Suspension was changed with bilstein black (really good and cheap I recomend them) and clutch with an original OEM one! When I was back in Greece I did 1.500 kilometers and the car is still running like new!Fuel consuption is good (I have a heavy right foot and I averaged roundabout 7,6 l/100km in 2 weeks and not highway kilometers), but I think power and anything else will come later as now the budget is limited in order for me to study abroad! I hope you like my car!I also hope to bring it sometime up here!
Looks good George When you bring it here....watch out on this forum you'll read a lot about little and great updates....and it is addictive
Of course it is addictive to tune up your car.Maybe in the future a turbo charger project will go on with everything else!If you consider that I actually save up money to put things to my car when I go back to Greece then you understand my crazyness about it!
I have the JVC KD-AVX1 When I go back to Greece I will install an amplifier on the front speakers!Kind of mad with sound
