I just got the time to look into your ABS, but just like TigerShark said; your ABS is not working with Stop and Go.
If I remember correctly, I once read on a forum that for stop-and-go + lane centering assist in, you need the ABS unit with the reservoir on top of the abs unit.
There is one case know where someone managed to get it working on the non-boosted ABS. But that was only for a short time as his ABS broke down due to overheating.
Ok thanks guys is it possible and easy to retrofit one with booster? And anyone got any links to purchase one cheers
Hi, how can I to place the radar without breaking the holders? There are too many holders. Thanks https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Onljq9D2BXVm78aJPzYVc-1KwAKUrdZP/view?usp=drivesdk https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Rf9UqQbvECy_AEgoEAO9Este0ZBBDydJ/view?usp=drivesdk
Normaly you can just pull the radar of the 2 mountingpoints. For my fiesta i bought the radar and bracket separate and i could just pop the radar in place in the 2 mounting points. The one below is for calibration.

https://hizliresim.com/p6gewbq https://hizliresim.com/jdetzsx ABS 760-02-02 X3XX XXXX XX ABS part numaber: NX61-2C219-CE When I set it up this way, it gives an incompatible error. It's the same in easy mode. I haven't installed the keys yet, so the other error must be related to that. Thanks
The vehicle is a 1.0 EcoBoost, manual transmission, no automatic parking, lane tracking and blind spot was added later, and the camera ends with Cx. All the errors are gone now except for one. It still won't work. Thanks for the reply. https://hizliresim.com/bdq9qjg This error is not permanent and sometimes occurs.
I’m afraid it is never going to work without an electric boost (EBB). Maybe you can put your Forscan in english? This makes it easier for non-Turkeys people to read the details of your fault codes.
ipc 720-01-01 0C4A 3464 28 to 0F4B 3464 28 C---------------->F I followed these instructions and ACC worked. However, the cruise control modes on the Sync 4 screen do not change. I cannot switch to other modes. Normal cruise control and iACC. https://hizliresim.com/8jbfpo2 https://hizliresim.com/roacv41 https://hizliresim.com/b55vgcc https://hizliresim.com/bf0olos
Ahaaa, you are driving a MK4.5 and not a MK4. My instructions are for a MK4, the MK4.5 did not even exist at that time. You need to search for some cruise control related items in the APIM, maybe they can be programmed out of the direct config. But like I said, the ABS will keep throwing DTC’s at you when you do not have an EBB. I have read about one guy who was able to get it to work (for a short period of time). His ABS module got burned due to overheating caused by the ACC.
This is bad news, but those who perform this procedure in Türkiye don't replace ABS module. Also, is it an assumption that every vehicle with ACC has a reinforced ABS module?
https://pieces-okaz.com/en/ford/355...ocus-mk4-ref-jx61-2b373-gg-jx61-2c219-gg.html WF0NXXGCHNJU64362 I think it is mandatory for stop and go ones, for example this vehicle has acc but the normal abs module is visible. https://hizliresim.com/a035y04 https://hizliresim.com/5wsrqu5 https://hizliresim.com/bj6l93c
Replacing the ABS is also an almost impossible job. You then have to go from a 6 point ABS module to a 4 point ABS module. The info in your second post is interesting. How is your ABS module firmware compared to those with factory ACC and the same ABS module?
I couldn't find a vehicle with the same part number that has ACC, but there are vehicles with ACC but without reinforced ABS. I changed the settings to Cluster, and it works flawlessly. Sync 4 is disabled. iACC isn't working stably and crashes after a while. Does having a manual transmission affect it? https://hizliresim.com/7aitzei
